In particular, we focus on supporting small businesses – offering advice on a wide range of workplace health and wellbeing matters. Access to Work

A specialist disability service from Jobcentre Plus that gives practical advice and support to disabled people, whether they are working, self-employed or looking for employment.

Access to Work is provided where someone needs support or adaptations beyond the reasonable adjustments which an employer is legally obliged to provide.

Perth and Kinross Employability Network

  • Can aid employers to support an employee with a health condition or disability which is affecting their capacity to carry out their duties
  • Can offer training to members of your team to learn how to better support employees with a specific condition such as a mental health problem or a learning disability.
